Canada to investigate AD duties in on carbon welded pipe from six nations

According to data released that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced to re-investigation of normal values and export prices of certain carbon steel welded pipe from size countries including Taiwan, India, Oman, Korea, Thailand and the UAE.

Meanwhile, the initial review is expected to determine of the duty orders on the imports after an investigation by both the CBSA and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT).

However, the CBSA said it expects to conclude its work on or before May 7th, 2013.

The CBSA has determined AD margins for specific exporters following from Taiwan at 0-4.7%; India, 11.6%; Thailand, 3.8-5.4%; Turkey, 13.0-25.7%; and the UAE, 0-8.4%.

In addition, the CBSA also set the amount of subsidy for India's Manu International at 3,577 rupees/ton and 23,872 rupees/ton for all other Indian exporters
